Bottomless cocktails for two hours, from a choice of, Brambles, Pornstar Martinis and Cosmopolitans.
Your table is reserved for a full 2-hour sitting
Two time slots: 1 pm or 3 pm

This isn’t a rushed brunch. It’s an afternoon designed to settle into, where the drinks keep flowing, the table fills up with plates, and no one’s checking the time. If you’re planning a birthday, meeting friends, or just making the most of your Saturday, Sips & Small Plates gives you the space to enjoy it properly.

Duo of Hummus

A colourful pairing of caramelised red onion & beetroot hummus and roasted garlic with green pepper, served with warm homemade focaccia.

Crispy Chicken or Cauliflower Wings

Tossed in your choice of sauce, tangy honey mustard, smoky blueberry BBQ, or fiery hot chilli.

Croquettes

Served on a bed of fresh green salad.

Where is Haslem? Haslem Hotel is conveniently located in Lisburn Square, next to Lisburn Bus Station and a short stroll from Lisburn Train Station. Belfast City Airport is located 13.8 miles away and Belfast International Airport is 15.8 miles away – both less than 25 minutes’ drive from the hotel.

Where can I find Parking in Lisburn?

Parking is available within Lisburn Square Underground Car Park. You can access the car park directly via the hotel lift or via the pavilion in Lisburn Square. Car parking rates are £1 per hour, to a maximum of £6 per day. The car park accepts both cash and card payments. The car park closes for entry each night at 11pm and reopens at 7am. Should you need to exit the car park, the exit shutter will raise automatically as you approach it.

Alternative parking arrangements can be found in Smithfield Square Pay & Display, adjacent to Lisburn Square. Car parking rates are 70p per hour between 8am and 6pm, Monday-Saturday.

Haslem’s Multiple Use Monetary Gift Vouchers can be exchanged for any service within the hotel, including overnight stays, meals, Haslem Kitchen and cocktails in Haslem Bar. “Experience” Gift Vouchers must be used for the experience stated on the voucher. These are subject to availability, and terms and conditions apply.
